Going into a company which already has a working product presents certain challenges that a pre- launch start-up doesn’t have. Build cycles need to happen over planned periods and maintenance and building resilience into applications time-lined in a way which works for all involved parties.
We began with a deep dive competitor analysis to identify trends and positive habits being built into existing solutions.
We ran several workshop sprints with the team to unpick and understand specific challenges using the agile framework.
Defining and redefining problems to inform the design solution. This meant asking hard truths along the way to best allocate resources and create a sustainable roadmap / plan for the way forward.
All the learning from the previous stages was then combined into tangible wireframe elements to create low fidelity prototypes which were then tested with users repeatedly among the internal team. The feedback from these sessions then informed higher fidelity prototypes and were built alongside the development team for release.
